Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Growth Professional LLC, doing business as Steadfast AI collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Booking and contact form: name, business name, industry, what you're interested in, phone, email, your message, and your consent choices. Form submissions are processed by our form provider, FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), and delivered to us by email.
- Payments: payments are handled by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number. Stripe shares payment details with us, such as your name, email, amount and payment status, and handles your data under its own privacy policy.
- Demo line calls: calls to our demo line, (619) 327-4247, may be recorded and transcribed by our voice AI provider (Vapi) to run and improve the demo. Please don't share sensitive personal information on a demo call.
- Website: our host (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data, such as IP address and browser type, for security and delivery. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The booking step uses your browser's temporary session storage to carry your email to checkout. It clears when you close the tab.
How we use it
We use it to reply to you, schedule and deliver your audit and services, take payment, send records and receipts, keep our services secure, and meet legal obligations.
We don't sell your data
We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with the service providers above, and only as needed to run our business, or when the law requires it.
Phone and text messages
If you agree on our form, we may contact you by phone, text or email about your inquiry. Consent isn't a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help, or email us. We don't share your phone number or text consent with third parties for their marketing.
Client data in builds
When we build or support systems for a client, we may process the client's customer data, such as leads, calls, messages and transactions, in the client's own accounts. We process that data only to provide the services, under our agreement with the client and the client's instructions. Questions about it should go to the business you dealt with.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and client records only as long as needed for the purposes above, and payment and tax records as long as the law requires. We delete or anonymize data when it's no longer needed.
Your rights, including California (CCPA/CPRA)
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, and to correct it or delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, along with the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we don't sell or share it) and the right not to be treated differently for using these rights. To make a request, email us. We'll verify the request and respond within the time the law requires. You can use an authorized agent.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our services are for businesses and aren't directed to children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
