It depends on the build. Usually it's a phone number, a texting service, the voice AI, and your CRM or field-service software (GoHighLevel, Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan). It's all in your name and billed to you directly. Every quote lists the expected monthly cost.
Yes, if you cancel before the kickoff session, and you can reschedule free anytime before kickoff. Once the written report is delivered, the audit is non-refundable except under our guarantee: if the report doesn't identify at least 3 specific, fixable bottlenecks, each with an estimated time or cost impact, you get a full refund. We judge that only against the written report, not on whether you agree with or act on it. The guarantee applies only if you attend the kickoff session and send the requested information and access within 7 days of purchase. To claim, email within 7 days of delivery saying what's missing.
